1. Subscription Cancellation Policy

• Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your recurring monthly subscription (Pro Plan ₹399/mo or Business Plan ₹999/mo) at any time directly through your user dashboard or by emailing admin@domainexpansion.in.
• Immediate Stop to Future Billing: Once cancelled, you will not be billed for subsequent billing periods.
• Active Access Until Period Expiry: Following cancellation, you will retain full paid access to your plan entitlements (including template exports and AI tools) until the end of your current prepaid billing cycle. Afterward, your account will smoothly transition to the Free plan.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee (Monthly Plans)

We offer a 7-day Money-Back Guarantee on initial monthly subscription purchases (Pro Plan ₹399 / Business Plan ₹999) under the following conditions:

• Eligible Technical Failure: If you experience persistent technical defects, vector export rendering errors, or service downtime that our engineering team cannot resolve within 48 hours of your report.
• Unutilized New Subscriptions: If you purchased a monthly subscription and submit a refund request within 7 calendar days having exported fewer than two (2) resumes.
