Welcome to Jinzai (人材), an AI-powered resume and career optimization platform operated by Domain Expansion(“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, web applications, APIs, templates, and associated career tools (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using Jinzai, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your country of residence) to register an account.
• Account Integrity: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile details updated.
• Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your password and authentication tokens. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized account activity.

3. Billing, Renewals, and Taxes

• Billing Cycle: Monthly plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle until cancelled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by emailing support. When cancelled, your plan remains active until the expiration of the current paid billing period.
• Taxes: All stated prices are inclusive of applicable goods and services taxes (GST / VAT / Sales Tax) unless specified otherwise at checkout.
• Payment Processing: Transactions are securely processed through authorized third-party gateways (e.g. Cosmofeed, Cashfree, Razorpay, UPI). We do not store raw cardholder data.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Your Content: You retain 100% full ownership of all personal text, work history, resumes, logos, and materials you create or upload to Jinzai. We claim no intellectual property rights over your career history.
• Company Proprietary Assets: Domain Expansion owns all worldwide rights, titles, and interests in the Jinzai platform, software code, user interface, brand assets, ATS scoring algorithms, and the visual design layouts of all 78+ resume templates.
• License to Templates: We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to generate and export resumes using our templates for personal job-seeking or authorized institutional placement purposes. You may not re-distribute, resell, or scrape Jinzai template code or design assets.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You expressly agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or impersonating activity.
• Bypass, reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with security controls, subscription limits, or export gates.
• Scrape, index, or harvest template designs or user records using automated bots or scrapers.
• Sub-license, resell, or lease access to single-user accounts to multiple external individuals.
• Upload files containing malicious software, viruses, corrupted PDF files, or harmful payloads.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE JINZAI PLATFORM AND ALL AI CAREER TOOLS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DOMAIN EXPANSION DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN INTERVIEW INVITATIONS, EMPLOYMENT OFFERS, OR SALARY INCREASES.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DOMAIN EXPANSION, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, CAREER OPPORTUNITIES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO JINZAI IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Note for Consumers in the EU/EEA/UK/USA: Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights under local consumer protection laws (e.g. EU Alternative Dispute Resolution platforms or local consumer tribunals).
